Scheduling Details:
****You only need to schedule one (1) 15 min block as this is used to stagger start times for players. Players can stay as long as need to complete their plan as long as it is within our hours of operation
**You are able to cancel or reschedule sessions up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment under your swift profile under the activity tab
**14 Days advanced booking for ALL memberships.

Membership Terms
**If selected “Monthly membership, hybrid or remote plan” you will have a
recurring membership (from the date of payment) that can be canceled with 7 days’ notice to: info@pureperformance.com
Please note: If we are not notified prior to stop payment, your card will be charged and no refund or Credit will be issued.
**If Selected a “3 month, 6 month, or Full Year Term” there will be no stops and starts under that term since you are receiving a monthly discounted rate based on this term.. The term will be consecutive months from the date of payment.. No refunds or credits will be issued during the membership term period. At the end of your term you will need to repurchase a membership
**For any unused credits left over during a monthly cycle do not transfer over to future months or can be refunded. All credits need to be used during that monthly time period from payment date.
All players who have undergone an evaluation for a membership package with Pure Performance will have a 3-month window to sign up for a membership package, upon acceptance, following the completion of their evaluation. Failure to do so within this designated period will necessitate re-evaluation for membership at our current evaluation rate.
Reassessment will also be mandatory for players who have not participated in Pure Performance for more than 6 months
We do not offer refunds or credits. All payments are final
